I am so sorry for posting this interview late i've just being busy all weekend , Hoping your monday is great tho...
So here is the interview i had with Pedaiah ,There are two sections Basic Questions and Questions from the ladies and a question i'd like to call the "The Haute Style Tricky Question " , i hope you like the interview
1.Tell us about yourself,
My name is Pedaiah John. A 22 years old holding honors in Software engineering and the co-founder of
u3revolution
Why did you choose modeling? When did you know that you were into modeling? What type of modeling do you do? Commercials? runway shows?
.
I had the passion for fashion and modeling since way back. When I met one of the greatest photographers named
Osse Greca Sinare he saw that I had potential & gave me a push thats when I ventured into the modeling journey. I am more into commercial advertisements
Who is your Male fashion icon ? why?
I would say Diddy I always find him inspiring because at a young age he started “Sean John” his own clothing line in 1998 which became successful and won a number of great recognized awards

How many modeling projects have you done so far? What’s your favorite and why?
I have done an advert with Woolworths, Ndovu, huckleberry perfume, Hassan Majaar Trust fund, Been feautured in the Citizen , Lington Tv and Swahili Fashion Week calendar. And worked with a number of great photographers like Osse Greca Photography, Dark-Q photography, Soon’s photography & SSAMO photography. My favourite will have to be huckleberry perfume the whole concept for the shoot was amazing.

- Is it hard to model in Tanzania since the industry is just growing?

That is true but modeling is not about where you are its all about the passion to do it and knowing the right people at the right time and willing to sacrifice your time at times.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years with your modeling career?
In 5 years from now I would like to see my self as a successful international model, and on top of that I would also open a modeling management agency in Tanzania.

How many tattoos do you have? Which one is your favorite?What does it mean?
I have 3 big tats. The favorite has to be the one on the left side of my chest because I took the face of my mum and made an illustration out of it.
What do you look for in a woman?
I am that kind of guy who loves a woman who is hard working, knows what she really wants in life, able to take me for who I am ,she definitely gotta have a good taste in fashion and a hot physic won't bite am more into a miss independent kinda lady and one of the sexiest thing I find in a woman is confident.

If you were to do a shoot with any female celebrities who would it be ? To be more specific, The Victoria Secret angels or Beyonce / Rihanna.
That’s a tough one. I would have said Rihanna because of her unique sense of style but I would go for Victoria Secret angels because working with them will give me a chance to get more familiar with the modeling industry.

Advice to anyone who wants to have a career in modeling, especially in Tanzania.
All paths to success begin with a clear vision of what you want. So first of all they should ask themselves three questions. Why exactly do you want to become a model? Because modeling might look so easy from the viewers or outsiders but modeling is a very demanding profession, both mentally and physically. How do you know if modeling is your true purpose? Would I do this even if I weren’t paid?
Then from their if you really find out that you are on the right track you can seek any nearby modeling agency and pick it up from there.
